Residential site tenders awarded

Two residential sites have been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a total premium of $1.5645 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
 
A Tseung Kwan O town lot was awarded to Winbox Investment for $1.033 billion. The maximum gross floor area is 23,936 square metres. The total number of residential units to be built must be no less than 310 and no more than 326.
 
A Sha Tin town lot was awarded to Apex Harvest for $531.5 million. The site's maximum gross floor area is 4,680 square metres.
