Two residential sites in the 2011-12 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department announced today. Tenders for both will open on March 23 and close on April 27.
The two sites are Rural Building Lot No.1165 near 110 Repulse Bay Road, and Tuen Mun Town Lot No.436 on Kwun Fat Street, Tuen Mun.
The first is 4,340 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 2,344 and 3,906 square metres.
The second is 9,020 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 2,165 and 3,608 square metres.
The final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's
website by March 23, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
