The Hong Kong Observatory added real-time weather photos from Clear Water Bay to its website today to help the public understand weather conditions in the area and better plan outdoor activities.
The photos are captured by two cameras installed at the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club.
The new cameras bring the number of sites providing weather photos on the observatory's website to 26.
The observatory said the photos will help monitor weather conditions over southeastern Hong Kong waters.
The public can access the photos via the observatory's website or mobile platform webpage.
The next upgrade of the MyObservatory smartphone application will also feature the Clear Water Bay weather photos.
