Secretary for the Environment KS Wong will co-chair the third meeting of the Hong Kong-Guangdong Joint Working Group on Cleaner Production in Guangzhou tomorrow.
He will host the meeting with the Guangdong Economic & Information Commission Vice Director-General Lin Weichao.
The two sides will review the work progress of 2016 and discuss the work plan for the coming year.
Mr Wong will also officiate at the presentation ceremony of the Hong Kong-Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Recognition Scheme.
His delegation is comprised of representatives from the Environment Bureau, Environmental Protection Department, Trade & Industry Department, Innovation & Technology Commission and Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Guangdong.
