Secretary for the Environment KS Wong will co-chair the fifth meeting of the Hong Kong-Guangdong Joint Liaison Group on Combating Climate Change in Guangzhou tomorrow.
He will host the meeting with Guangdong Development & Reform Commission Director He Ningka.
The two sides will discuss their efforts in combating climate change and analyse the reports of the two working groups set up under the liaison group.
Mr Wong's delegation comprises representatives of the Environment Bureau, Environmental Protection Department, Civil Engineering & Development Department, Drainage Services Department, Department of Health, Hong Kong Observatory, Transport Department and Water Supplies Department.
