The Advisory Committee on Recycling Fund has approved 15 applications totalling $23 million.
Thirteen are under the Enterprise Support Programme and two are under the Industry Support Programme.
These projects involve different recyclables including waste paper, waste plastics, waste metals, used furniture, used cooking oil, food waste, and are proposed by recyclers of different business sizes.
The approved projects under the Industry Support Programme include the promotion of advanced technology in the recycling industry and the development of an online platform for recyclers to share market information.
