The Sham Shui Po District Office today held a bus parade in support of the Keep Clean 2015@Hong Kong: Our Home campaign, to enhance public awareness on hygiene.
A bus visited various locations in the district, including Cheung Sha Wan Community Centre, Po On Road Market, Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Apliu Street and Nam Shan Estate.
Officials and Sham Shui Po District Council members handed out cleaning packs to residents to encourage them to nurture a habit of good hygiene practices.
The Sham Shui Po District Office will also organise public education and publicity events, including seminars and school cleaning activities from mid-August to September.
It will also arrange contractors to clean the common areas of some "three nil" buildings.
