The Environmental Protection Department recorded 35 convictions for pollution offences in June.
Twelve were for air pollution, two for dumping at sea, three for noise, six for waste disposal and 12 for water pollution.
Two companies were each fined $20,000, the heaviest fine handed down last month.
One contravened the law in carrying out asbestos work, while another discharged waste or polluting matter into the water control zone.
