Hong Kong and Seoul today signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance collaboration in improving air quality.
The memorandum was signed in the Korean capital by Deputy Director of Environmental Protection Andrew Lai and Seoul's Climate & Air Quality Management Division Director Choi Young-soo after the 2014 Seoul International Forum on Air Quality Improvement.
The cities will boost co-operation in improving air quality, including real-time exchange of air quality data, sharing air quality management practices, and arranging topical seminars and studies.
