The Environmental Protection Department has rated water quality at 15 beaches ‘good’ for this weekend, with 18 ‘fair’ and six ‘poor’.
Compared to last week, Chung Hom Kok, Shek O, Trio and Turtle Cove Beaches rose from fair to good, Discovery Bay dropped from good to fair, and Cafeteria Old and Kadoorie Beaches dropped from fair to poor.
The department said the changes are generally within the normal fluctuation range of the beaches' bacteriological water quality.
