Co-location plan a boon: CS

The co-location plan for the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link should be implemented soon as it will boost Hong Kong’s economy and its ties with the Mainland.
 
Chief Secretary Matthew Cheung made the statement tonight, saying the Government will enhance publicity to explain the plan to the public.
 
The co-location arrangement will not contravene the Basic Law nor will it compromise “one country, two systems”, he added.
