Eric Ma has been appointed Secretary for Development and Stephen Sui Secretary for Labour & Welfare.
Chief Executive CY Leung made the announcement today after securing the Central Government's approval for their appointments.
Mr Ma, 53, was appointed Under Secretary for Development in 2014.
Mr Sui, 60, was appointed Under Secretary for Labour & Welfare in 2014.
