Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Raymond Tam concluded his trip to Hangzhou today by visiting a railway company and an art academy.
The railway company is a joint venture between Hong Kong and Hangzhou enterprises.
Mr Tam inspected the railway's facilities and learned about Hangzhou's urban development and transport infrastructure.
He later went to the China Academy of Art to meet Hong Kong students.
