Principal Government Engineer Lam Sai-hung will become Director of Civil Engineering & Development from September 27.

Secretary for the Civil Service Clement Cheung announced the appointment today saying Mr Lam has proven leadership and management skills, profound professional knowledge and extensive experience.

He said he is confident Mr Lam will lead the department to meet the challenges ahead.
