Chief Executive CY Leung today welcomed home the Hong Kong, China delegation to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Officiating at the reception, Mr Leung presented commendations to the athletes in recognition of their perseverance and exemplary show of sportsmanship at the Games.
The delegation consisted of 75 members, with 38 athletes competing in nine sports.
Jointly hosted by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, the reception was held at the Cultural Centre.
Chief Secretary Carrie Lam and Secretary for Home Affairs Lau Kong-wah also attended.
