The Government announced today the Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee has approved $3.49 million in aid for Oxfam Hong Kong to help flood victims in Assam, India.
To ensure the money is used properly, Oxfam must submit evaluation reports and audited accounts after the relief project is completed.
