Chief Executive CY Leung says the Government will convey to Mainland authorities the wish of Legislative Councillors to inspect the Dongjiang water supply system.

Mr Leung made the statement today after being told legislators had made the request.

He said the Government is willing to arrange for legislators to meet with Mainland officials handling Hong Kong affairs.
