Chief Executive CY Leung met Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Acting Chairman Bu Xiaolin at Government House this afternoon.

Mr Leung noted that Hong Kong and Inner Mongolia enjoy close economic and trade ties, adding that Hong Kong could act as a super-connector and offer an excellent platform for enterprises in Inner Mongolia to expand businesses overseas.

He also hoped the two places could complement each other's strengths and further enhance exchanges and co-operation on the economic and trade front and in other areas.
