Elaine Chan has been made a member of the Pensions Appeal Panel and the Appeal Panel on the Government's Voluntary Contributions under the Civil Service Provident Fund Scheme.

Her three-year-term will start on August 4, replacing William Chan who will retire.

The panels give advice on petitions regarding civil servant retirement benefits.
