Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Raymond Tam started his three-day duty visit to Hunan and Henan provinces today, to learn more about the provinces’ development and boost cooperation.
In Changsha, he met with Hunan Vice Governor Zhang Jianfei and Changsha Mayor Hu Henghua.
He visited the Changsha National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone and met with companies’ representatives there.
He also met Hong Kong business people in Changsha to learn more about their business and operation and development opportunities in central Mainland.
Mr Tam will deliver a speech at a seminar on Hong Kong's city planning tomorrow, before departing for Zhengzhou, Henan.
