Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Raymond Tam will visit Changsha in Hunan, and Zhengzhou in Henan, July 28 to 30.
He will meet with the Hunan and Henan provincial governments, and the Changsha and Zhengzhou municipal authorities.
He will later visit Hong Kong enterprises there to learn about their operations.
He will also attend a thematic seminar on urbanisation, and inspect the Changsha National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Integrated Experimental Zone, and the two municipalities’ central business districts.
