Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-sing visited Sha Tin District today to meet with District Councillors and young people.
He visited the Integrated Vocational Development Centre in Ma On Shan to exchange views with youths, encouraging them to enhance their knowledge and achieve their dreams with vision, innovation and commitment.
He also met with District Council members to listen to their views on local developments.
Mr Tsang then proceeded to Sha Tin Sports Ground to officiate at the Sha Tin Festival Lantern Festival Parade.
The parade was one of the events of the Sha Tin Festival 2014. Thirty-five teams from local groups and professional bodies with more than 1,000 performers took part in the parade and performances.
