The Leisure & Cultural Services Department has won the Grand Award in the Ombudsman’s Awards 2014.
Ombudsman Connie Lau made the announcement at the awards’ presentation ceremony today.
The Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department and the Examinations & Assessment Authority were the runners-up.
Forty-one public officers received awards for their outstanding performance in providing quality customer services.
