A roving exhibition is being held in different government offices and shopping malls until December, to increase public awareness and understanding of the work of the Office of the Ombudsman.
The theme of the roving exhibition corresponds with the office's new advertising campaign, which highlights acts of maladministration and the functions of the Ombudsman.
The campaign educates the public on how maladministration complaints can be lodged.
A commercial will be broadcast on television, radio and public transport as well as through online channels for viewing via smartphones, while a print advertisement will be published in newspapers and magazines.
