Josephine Tsang was declared the winner of the Islands District Council Peng Chau & Hei Ling Chau Constituency by-election.
She obtained 1,249 votes in yesterday's poll.
The other candidates Wong Chi-lam and Chan Chi-lin received 697 and 296 votes.
