The Hong Kong Economic, Trade & Cultural Office (Taiwan) and the Taichung City Government will hold an intercity forum on July 31 to promote exchanges between the two cities.
Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So and Secretary for Food & Health Dr Ko Wing-man will attend.
The forum will focus on medical services development and tourism promotion.
Mr So will speak on Hong Kong's tourism. Hong Kong Tourism Board Executive Director Anthony Lau will speak on creative tourism marketing.
Dr Ko will speak on Hong Kong's Chinese medical services’ development, while Assistant Director of Health Dr Ronald Lam will speak on Hong Kong’s Chinese Materia Medica Standards.
