The Government has submitted a follow-up report to the UN Human Rights Committee, responding to its concluding observations on Hong Kong’s third report on International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights.

The Government has also responded to the list of issues raised by the UN Committee on Economic, Social & Cultural Rights, regarding China’s second report under the International Covenant on Economic, Social & Cultural Rights.
