February 22, 2012
Chief Executive Donald Tsang has refuted claims of a conflict of interest in his recent private activities.

He told the media today he only accepts invitations involving no conflict of interest.

He reiterated he has been following the rules and has been scrupulous in separating his public and private interests.

"I value integrity. I never considered any personal interests or advantages."

Mr Tsang urged people to focus on solving social problems, such as the economy and the aging population.
