    Man arrested for fatal crash in Happy Valley

    A 34-year-old driver has been arrested for drink driving and dangerous driving causing death after his car struck and killed a man in Happy Valley.

     

    At about 3.40am, the was driving along Wong Nai Chung Road towards Happy Valley. His car reportedly hit the man as he was crossing the road outside St Paul's Primary Catholic School.

     

    The victim, believed to be in his thirties, had no identity document. He was certified dead at 4.15am at Ruttonjee Hospital.

     

    Anyone who may have seen the accident or who knows the man is urged to contact Police on 3106 8838 or 3106 8800.
